We’re Shine and we’ve been a local boutique here in Loves Park, IL since 2017. We’ve got a little something for everyone; offering gifts, jewelry, décor, and items we all use every day! Our venture began when a fantastic idea was born between our hardworking mother and daughter duo to bring something unique to our community.
